3. Recovery:
   After a colonoscopy, you may experience abdominal cramping or bloating, which usually resolves within a day. Most patients can resume normal activities relatively soon after the procedure, though it is advisable to avoid heavy meals and strenuous activities. 
4. Results:
   We will analyse the images and any biopsies taken during the colonoscopy. If any abnormalities are detected, such as polyps or signs of inflammation, he will discuss the results and recommend further treatment with you if necessary.
